Ingredients:
- 1 cup Ferrero Rocher chocolates
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine the Ferrero Rocher chocolates, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- In a saucepan, melt the sugar over low heat until it caramelizes. Pour the caramelized sugar into a flan mold, swirling to coat the bottom.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the flan mold.
- Place the flan mold in a larger baking dish. Fill the baking dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the flan mold.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until set.
- Allow the flan to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan and invert onto a serving plate.
