🍮Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Flan

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the Ferrero Rocher chocolates, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over low heat until it caramelizes. Pour the caramelized sugar into a flan mold, swirling to coat the bottom.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the flan mold.
  5. Place the flan mold in a larger baking dish. Fill the baking dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the flan mold.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until set.
  7. Allow the flan to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan and invert onto a serving plate.
