Crispy Chicken Wrap with Wedges & Fresh Salad 

Wrap up your day with this crunchy, cheesy chicken wrap, served with crispy wedges and a vibrant salad!

Ingredients (Serves 2):

2 large tortillas

2 chicken breasts, cut into strips

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp paprika

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup lettuce, shredded

2 tbsp ranch dressing

2 large potatoes, cut into wedges

1 tomato, diced 

🍅

½ cucumber, diced

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prep the Wedges

: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potato wedges with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.

Cook the Chicken

: Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken until golden, about 3 minutes per side.

Assemble the Wrap

: Warm tortillas, then layer with lettuce, chicken strips, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Roll tightly and slice in half.
