📝 Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
2 cups of Romaine or mixed greens
1⁄2 avocado, chopped
1⁄2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1⁄2 cup sliced cucumber
1⁄2 cup roasted corn
1 tablespoon of the olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper black
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon of sea salt
1⁄2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
For the avocado dressing:
1⁄2 avocado
1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 clove of garlic minced
2 tablespoons of the olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper black
🍽️ Step by step:
1️⃣ Grill the chicken:
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Let it rest for a few minutes then slice.
2️⃣ Prepare the dressing:
Mix avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper until smooth.
3️⃣ Assemble the bowl:
Place chopped rosemary or greens in a bowl.
Add avocado, tomatoes, cucumber and corn to the grill.
4️⃣ Top with chicken and dressing:
Fix grilled chicken sliced on top.
Drizzle with avocado dressing and sprinkle chili flakes for extra spice.
