Mexican Shrimp Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

2 avocados (peeled, pitted, and chopped)

1. *Prepare the Ingredients:*

– Chop the Spanish onion, roma tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and jalapeno pepper.

– Peel, pit, and chop the avocados.

2. *Mix the Shrimp and Vegetables:*

– In a large bowl, combine the chilled cooked shrimp, chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and jalapeno pepper.

3. *Add the Lime Juice and Seasonings:*

– Squeeze the freshly squeezed lime juice over the shrimp mixture.

– Add the salt and ground black pepper, and mix well.

4. *Add the Cocktail Sauce:*

– In a small bowl, mix together the chilled tomato and clam juice cocktail, ketchup, and hot pepper sauce.

– Pour the cocktail sauce over the shrimp mixture, and stir to combine.
